The Thomas Keller Experience

Dessert at Bouchon
Bouchon Bakery
The French Laundry

Ad Hoc

For the past 10 years, at least, Thomas Keller has been the Chef I have most admired.
His accomplishments are rare, his technique impeccable, and his concepts original. He has mentored some of the top Chef in the world and his cookbooks are like bibles to many chefs.

I have never had the chance to meet him, but I did snoop around his restaurants.
In case you didn't know, the four restaurants are in Yontville and on the same street. Across the street from the Laundry, is their garden. They grow there own produce.
Next down the street, is Bouchon. this Bistro transports you to France with a unique take on Classic Bistro Food. We chose to dine here since i cant afford the French Laundry. We started off with a Pigs Head Rillette, Then Boudin Blanc, and finally Mint Ice cream and mini Brownies. Really exceptional.
Right next door in the Bouchon Bakery. This Bakery prepares the Breads for the 3 restaurants as well as served sandwiches, desserts, and of course.........foie gras.
Next Is Ad Hoc. Family style concept with the same attention to detail.

Pretty nice to own 4 restaurants on the same street
