Dinner at La Touque - In Napa Valley

Just a little "Chef Talk" after dinner.
An interesting play on Strawberry Shorcake. The Creme Fraiche Ice Cream was the star in this dish.

True fine dinning experience at La Touque. The French Techniques displayed in the dishes here are a testiment to the staffs attention to detail and love for food. They created a special evening for me and my wife as we dined on a 4 course tasting menu paired with wines. After dinner I was delighted to tour the kitchen and discuss the food and techniques with the Chef.
