New Sous-Vide Supreme - Demi





Now its has become more affordable to cook sous vide at home. Sous Vide Supreme has introduced a new line of water baths for $299. The original was $450 and the Polyscience Professional units I use in the kitchen are $700. I look forward to helping anyone get started cooking sous vide at home.

I will be appearing on Good morning Jacksonville Saturday morning to give 2 short cooking demos. I will be featuring one of our club dishes as well as a our Truffle corn sauce.
It starts at 8am till 9:30. I was told the first demo would probably be about 8:45 and the second at 9:20.
