Our Junior Chefs should be very proud of themselves. This weekend they not only prepared a three course lunch, but Greeted and Seated their parents or guest. Then served a Salad, Lasagna, and Fruit Tart. They Cleared all the dirty dishes and presented the checks. They got to experience what its like to prepare and execute a luncheon at Sawgrass Country Club. Thanks to all involved as this class was a great success!! Looking forward to our next Class!
