Culinary Academy

Here are a few pictures of our Members and Guest at the cooking class.
Great job was done by all. We sold out with a class of 21 students, so make your reservation early as some classes will be limited depending on what we will be preparing.

Culinary Academy - Fish!













In todays class every student cleaned and prepared a Red Snapper. Chef Brook lead the class with a lecture that covered Buying, Storing, and Preparing fresh seafoods. The whole fish was fileted and skined. With on filet we prepared a Snapper en Papiote. With the other we did a simple saute and finished with a lemon brown butter. As you can see everyone including the Staff had a wonderful afternoon. Once again, my Staff and I, appreciate the oppertunity and the support to create these sucessful events. Looking forward to the next calss where we will be prepareing hors'dourves for a cocktail party.

Les Petite Gourmets!! Serve Their Parents!!!!












Our Junior Chefs should be very proud of themselves. This weekend they not only prepared a three course lunch, but Greeted and Seated their parents or guest. Then served a Salad, Lasagna, and Fruit Tart. They Cleared all the dirty dishes and presented the checks. They got to experience what its like to prepare and execute a luncheon at Sawgrass Country Club. Thanks to all involved as this class was a great success!! Looking forward to our next Class!
